During the internship period, candidates will receive hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, product presentations, and sales processes. High-performing interns will be offered a full-time Sales Executive position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare reports and update daily sales activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and virtual meetings.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Final Year Student (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BCA, MBA Marketing, or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in building a career in Software/IT Sales.
