Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Order Planning Coordinator with knowledge of in OEM industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience dealing with OEM clients, preferably within the rubber or industrial components sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding technical requirements and providing solutions. Should have knowledge in GeM procurement portal.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Should talk to clients regarding their requirements.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in handling customers.
- Engineers get preference
- Strong network and understanding of OEM purchasing processes.
- Someone who speaks Hindi gets advantage.
- Someone having Mechanical Engineering background gets advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
