Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in helping students discover career-enhancing programs while contributing to the growth of Skill Dunia.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about sales, marketing, and career counseling.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective students interested in upskilling and career development.
- Understand students' educational and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable Skill Dunia programs based on individual needs.
- Handle the complete admission cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with prospective students.
- Build trust and provide accurate information regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- MBA students and graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹18,000 per month during the 6-month probation period.
- Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000 per month.
- Post-Probation PPO with CTC up to ₹8 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives).

Work Schedule
- 6 Days Working
- Saturday & Sunday are Mandatory Working Days
- Weekly off as per company policy.
