Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/products.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and support teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and account performance.
- Meet customer service and sales targets set by management.
