Job Profile:
Naik & Associates is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including train and flight bookings.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and local transportation as required.
- Workers data maintain, their salary and leaves.
- Handle travel itineraries, ticket confirmations, and documentation.
- Handled employees leaves record, daily attendance and payroll
- Salary sheet preparation, PF Compliance
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors’ degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role (preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
