We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Contractual Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SD functionalities. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent configuration skills, and the ability to work independently on various projects or support engagements. The consultant will collaborate closely with business users and other IT teams to deliver robust and efficient SAP SD solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP SD modules to meet business requirements, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for existing SAP SD functionalities, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for SAP SD functionalities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP) and technical teams (ABAP, Basis), for integrated solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Participate in project planning, workshops, and status meetings, providing expert input and driving project milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP SD landscape.
- Train end-users on new or enhanced SAP SD functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, particularly in SAP S/4HANA SD.
