ualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in Treasury Management, preferably in an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's treasury operations, including fund planning and liquidity management.
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for business operations.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for borrowing arrangements.
- Manage debt servicing, loan repayments, and interest obligations.
- Optimize borrowing costs and improve treasury efficiency.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports for management.
- Monitor investments, surplus fund deployment, and treasury risk.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal treasury policies.
- Support fundraising activities, including term loans, working capital facilities, securitization, and co-lending arrangements.
- Prepare treasury MIS, lender reports, and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, fund management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Understanding of NBFC regulations and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in an NBFC, Housing Finance Company, Bank, or Financial Institution.
- Exposure to debt raising, lender management, and liquidity planning.
- Strong understanding of borrowing structures and treasury controls.
Pay: ₹618,349.53 - ₹1,759,340.19 per year
