We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to oversee the planning, design coordination, and execution of architectural projects for our holiday home properties. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Supervise site execution to ensure quality and timely completion
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Ensure projects comply with local building regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate interior, landscape, electrical, plumbing, and civil requirements
- Assist in project planning, procurement, and execution strategies
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural project execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in residential projects is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
