Customer Handling
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
Sales Activities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
Follow-Up & Coordination
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer experience during the sales process.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports and lead updates.
- Update showroom footfall and inquiry records.
- Coordinate with sales managers regarding targets and performance.
