Job Summary
WARPE Academy is looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to train students in programming, web development, and emerging technologies. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for students and freshers.
- Provide practical, hands-on training and coding exercises.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and project activities.
- Guide students in real-time projects and resolve technical doubts.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Python, Java, and AI.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Training, Software Development, or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with development + training experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication may also be considered.
Work Schedule
- Sunday working is required.
- Weekly 1 day leave will be provided on a rotational/alternative basis.
- Candidates should be flexible with the weekly-off schedule.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
