Microbiologist – SSS International Agro Products
Job Summary
SS Palm Oils is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Microbiologist (Fresher)** to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the food manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will assist in microbiological testing, laboratory operations, food safety monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental samples.
* Prepare culture media, reagents, and laboratory equipment.
* Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory test results.
* Support environmental monitoring and hygiene verification activities.
* Follow GMP, GLP, HACCP, and laboratory SOPs.
* Assist in investigating contamination and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain laboratory records and ensure proper documentation.
* Support quality control and food safety initiatives.
* Adhere to laboratory safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* **Freshers are encouraged to apply.**
* Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques, aseptic practices, and food safety standards.
* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
