We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory control, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and material handling
- Ensure proper storage, packaging, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate records (inward/outward stock)
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
