Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage centre operations, drive admissions and revenue, lead a team, and ensure an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive admissions, revenue and centre performance
* Lead, coach and manage the team
* Monitor targets, conversions and performance
* Implement local growth strategies
* Ensure smooth centre operations and learner satisfaction
Requirements:
* 5–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in education
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven experience in revenue growth and team management
* Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
