We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer for a reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore. The role involves creating visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, school events, and digital communication.
Strong hands-on Motion Graphics experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for social media, website, marketing campaigns, events, and school communications
- Design posts, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional creatives
- Create motion graphics, animated creatives, reels, and short-form videos
- Develop visual concepts aligned with the school's brand
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on campaigns
- Adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
- 2–4 years of Graphic Design experience
- Motion Graphics experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual composition
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics work
Preferred
- Experience in a school, education, EdTech, or marketing environment
- Experience creating reels, animated graphics, promotional videos, and campaign content
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
