Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialist to provide functional support, stabilization, enhancement, and operational assistance across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. The role includes supporting HR and payroll-related processes, issue resolution, testing, user support, and coordination with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancements
- Assist in payroll-related business processes and integrations
- Analyze and resolve functional issues
- Support HR and payroll processing cycles
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support regression testing, UAT, and quarterly release activities
Modules in Scope
Experience in the following Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules is required:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Recruitment
- Helpdesk
- Talent Management
- Learning
- Compensation
- Advanced Controls
- Fusion Data Analytics (FDA)
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional support and/or implementation experience
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and support
- Knowledge of integrations and testing processes
- Fast Formula knowledge advantageous
- Oracle EBS Payroll experience advantageous
- Experience with regression testing and UAT coordination
- Understanding of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications advantageous
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
