Job Description:
We are looking for a sincere and organized Clerical Staff member to handle office administration and documentation work.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files and records
- Data entry and document preparation
- Handle student and staff records
- Assist in office administration activities
- Manage inward and outward correspondence
- Basic computer and MS Office work
- Support accounts and HR departments when required
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Good typing and communication skills
