Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Analyst 5, Business Applications - Planning to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of our Kinaxis platform, driving supply chain excellence across the organization. You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions that enhance planning efficiency and organizational performance.

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives

Manage end-to-end system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and minimal business disruption

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations that drive operational efficiency

Oversee the development and maintenance of planning models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Direct cross-functional teams including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful system adoption and utilization

Establish and enforce best practices for system governance, data quality, and process standardization across the planning function

Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, implementing solutions that enhance performance and reduce operational costs

Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, technology upgrades, and emerging planning methodologies to support organizational growth

Collaborate with senior leadership to align system capabilities with business objectives and strategic initiatives

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Qualifications
-
8+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or business systems management
-
5+ years of hands-on experience with KinaxisRapidResponse platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization

Proven experience leading system implementations and managing complex technical projects from conception through deployment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Proficiency in data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting tools to extract and interpret planning data

Demonstrated expertise in supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and their integration with planning platforms

Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices in supply chain planning

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred: Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse or related supply chain planning credentials

Preferred: Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning applications in planning, or cloud-based planning solutions
