*Job Summary*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and customer communication. The role involves handling sales documentation, order processing, client coordination, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth sales execution.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation
* Handle customer inquiries, order confirmations, and dispatch coordination
* Liaise with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution
* Track orders, deliveries, and payment status
* Maintain customer database and sales records accurately
* Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and tenders as required
* Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
* Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry will be an advantage
