Experience:* Minimum 2 Years in Collections (Mandatory)
Job Role:
- Handling collection team and day-to-day operations
- Team management, training & performance tracking
- Achieving collection targets and ensuring process compliance
- Daily reporting and coordination with management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Collections
- Must have Team Handling experience
- Good communication & leadership skills
