Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI (LLMs), and MLOps to build scalable enterprise AI solutions.
Strong focus on insurance domain use cases such as claims, fraud detection, underwriting, and risk scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Learning & AI Development
- Design and develop end-to-end Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems
- Build predictive systems for classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation at scale
Generative AI / LLM Engineering
- Build and deploy LLM-based applications (chatbots, copilots, summarization, Q&A systems)
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search systems
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs and embedding models for domain-specific use cases
Data Engineering & Pipelines
- Build scalable pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Process large datasets using Apache Spark
- Work with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow (or similar)
MLOps & Deployment
- Deploy ML models using FastAPI / Flask APIs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Use Docker for containerized deployments
- Monitor models in production and ensure performance stability
- Maintain version control and experiment tracking
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Insurance domain experience
- Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel
- Exposure to knowledge graphs or hybrid search systems
- Experience with multi-agent AI systems
- Document AI / OCR pipelines
Key Focus Areas:
- Generative AI applications using LLMs + RAG
- Production-grade ML system development
- Fraud detection and risk analytics
- Scalable AI pipelines in cloud environments
