Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing APIs and integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting disparate systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services that complement Mulesoft integrations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
