Job Title: GeM Tender Executive / GeM Portal Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GeM Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying tenders, preparing bid documents, and successfully submitting bids while ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Review tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria.
- Prepare, organize, and compile all technical and financial bid documents.
- Upload and submit bids through the GeM portal within prescribed deadlines.
- Manage EMD, technical documentation, financial documentation, and other tender-related requirements.
- Track the status of submitted bids and coordinate follow-ups when required.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement procedures.
- Participate in reverse auctions (preferred).
- Maintain proper records of all tender submissions and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in GeM Portal operations and Government Tendering.
- Good understanding of the GeM tender submission process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation, and online portals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in GeM registration, bid participation, and reverse auctions will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
