Customer Support Executive (Telesales) – Job Role (Nidhii Skincare)
- Handle outbound & inbound calls to promote skincare products and generate sales
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
- Update customer data and call records in CRM/Excel sheets
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for order processing
- Follow up on pending leads and existing customers
- Maintain professional communication and brand image of Nidhii Skincare
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
