Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical equipment and systems as per project requirements.
- Prepare 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Design static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, and mixing equipment.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering evaluations.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Conduct GD&T implementation and drawing reviews as per ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Develop sheet metal and fabricated component designs.
- Participate in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and relevant engineering standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and project teams for design execution.
- Support product validation and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) activities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment design.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.
- Experience in process equipment, pressure vessels, and industrial machinery design.
- Ability to independently handle design projects from concept to manufacturing release.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
