About the Role
WOW! Momo is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters to represent our FMCG products at retail outlets. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote WOW! Momo FMCG products at assigned retail outlets.
- Interact with customers and explain product features, benefits, and offers.
- Encourage product trials and influence purchase decisions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and proper shelf visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff when required.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Support in-store promotional activities and brand campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to work in retail environments and interact with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing is an advantage.
