Key Responsibilities
Patient Welcoming: Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk reception.
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and manage daily doctor appointments and patient queues.
Registration: Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and documentation.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure smooth flow in the OPD.
Query Handling: Provide information regarding services, surgery procedures, and follow-up visits.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical patient records.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate (Degree or Diploma).
Communication: Good verbal communication skills (local language + basic English).
Attitude: Polite, patient, and service-oriented approach.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email).
Availability: Willingness to work in shifts (as per hospital schedule).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
