Patient Care Coordinator

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be required depending on patient flow.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and well-organized Patient Care Coordinator to be part of our team.
The person in this role will be one of the key points of contact for our patients and will help ensure that their experience at the centre is smooth, comfortable and well coordinated.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Coordinate patient appointments, enquiries and follow-ups through phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage the daily appointment calendar and coordinate timings with doctors and the clinical team.
- Welcome patients and guide them through the necessary process at the centre.
- Respond to patient questions, concerns and requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Keep appointment information, patient details and other records updated in the system.
- Monitor cancellations, postponements and changes in schedules and communicate them appropriately.
- Coordinate with doctors and different departments to maintain a smooth patient flow.
- Help resolve day-to-day patient-related issues and escalate matters when required.
- Handle routine administrative work, data entry and documentation.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain neat, organized and patient-friendly.
- Support the team with other front-office and administrative activities when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Fluency in english, hindi, and Tamil expected.
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing composure during busy periods.
- Warm, patient and professional approach towards patients.
- Previous experience in healthcare, reception, customer service or coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

- Live within approximately 15–30 minutes of Aayushcare Medical Centre.
- Have a two-wheeler or convenient personal transport for commuting.
