Maintaining partner program records, supporting partner portal activities, coordinating deal registrations and funding submissions, tracking certifications and program requirements, preparing reports and presentation materials, documenting meeting actions, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
The role will also support partner events, enablement activities, marketing development fund documentation, executive meetings, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly alliance performance reporting.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving initiatives and working across multiple teams.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in administration, sales operations, partner operations, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and shared document platforms is required, while experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, technology partner portals, cloud partner programs, deal registration, certifications, or marketing development funds would be an advantage.
