FP&A – Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. budget, forecast, and previous periods.
- Prepare MIS and management reports with key financial and business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key business KPIs.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and performance reviews.
- Partner with business and cross-functional teams to understand financial performance.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting, automation, and financial analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
