Experience: Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Hospital Housekeeping
Job Responsibilities
✅ Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
✅ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient care and common areas
✅ Monitor attendance, duty allocation, and shift management
✅ Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports
✅ Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables
✅ Coordinate with hospital departments for housekeeping requirements
✅ Train and guide housekeeping staff on hygiene and safety procedures
✅ Ensure compliance with infection control and quality standards
Skills Required
✔ Leadership and team management skills
