We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent people-management abilities, and experience handling HR functions in a fast-paced organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and levels.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper onboarding and coordination with respective departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate background verification where required.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related concerns.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain positive employee-management relationships.
- Promote a healthy, professional, and productive work environment.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement discussions.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and LOP.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts/Finance team.
- Verify salary inputs, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
- Establish and monitor KRAs/KPIs in coordination with department heads.
- Track employee performance and identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) wherever required.
- Support managers in providing constructive performance feedback.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, events, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Identify employee concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support employee career development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
9. Exit Management
- Manage resignation and separation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and document employee feedback.
- Coordinate notice-period requirements and handovers.
- Ensure clearance, asset recovery, and final documentation.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlement with the Finance team.
- Issue relieving and experience letters as applicable.
10. HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee databases and HR records.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Track headcount, attrition, recruitment status, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Handle HR-related audits and management requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience managing complete HR operations.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
