Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at offices, transport yards, and operational sites.Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements.Conduct safety induction programs for new employees, drivers, and contractors.Organize toolbox talks, safety awareness campaigns, and monthly HSE training sessions.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.Maintain HSE documentation, incident records, permits, and compliance reports.Coordinate fire drills, emergency response exercises, and first-aid preparedness.Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies during inspections.Monitor contractor safety compliance at operational sites.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and present safety performance to managementPromote a "Zero Accident" safety culture across the organization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
