Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 45 Days
Working Hours: Flexible (20–40 Hours per Week)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients for MVR TechSolutions.
- Generate high-quality business leads using LinkedIn, email, social media, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's services through digital platforms and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the development and management teams to understand client requirements.
- Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Previous internship or campus ambassador experience.
Freshers and students with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, and startups.
Performance Evaluation
Interns will be evaluated based on:
- Quality of generated leads.
- Client outreach consistency.
- Professional communication.
- Meeting scheduling.
- Team collaboration.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Initiative and learning ability.
- Overall contribution to business growth.
Performance-Based Stipend
This is a Performance-Based Internship.
A stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 may be awarded upon successful completion of the internship based on:
- Overall performance
- Lead generation quality
- Contribution to business growth
- Professionalism
- Attendance
- Achievement of assigned targets
- Final evaluation by the mentor
The stipend is not guaranteed for every intern and will be awarded only to interns who successfully complete the internship and meet the company's performance criteria.
