Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and converting inquiries into admissions through effective online counseling and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, and online platforms regarding courses and career opportunities.
Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Understand students' needs and recommend the most suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until enrollment.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update student data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance the overall counseling experience.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and achieve assigned KPIs.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong online sales and counseling abilities.
Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in the education sector.
Experience in online sales/inside sales in the education industry is mandatory.
