We are looking for a onsite support representative at the hospital. You will provide first-level technical support for hospital software, assist users with day-to-day issues, coordinate with internal support teams, and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to hospital staff using Alcura software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application and system issues.
- Log, track, and escalate incidents through the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with central support, product, and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Guide users on approved workflows and software usage.
- Collect user feedback and document enhancement requests.
- Assist in software testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring data privacy and security.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates can apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, web applications, networking, printers, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in a hospital environment.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or exposure to hospital software, customer support, or IT support.
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems, SQL, software testing, or ITIL concepts.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
