Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, playing a crucial role in understanding their needs, explaining our services, and driving our agency's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads.
- Clearly explain our digital marketing products/services and understand customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up regularly to achieve and exceed targets.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Telecalling or Outbound Calling.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam Knowledge is a must
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales and follow-ups.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
