We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager who can generate high-quality leads while maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other paid platforms where relevant
- Generate qualified leads with the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Continuously improve campaign performance using A/B testing and data analysis.
Campaign Strategy
- Develop monthly marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, target audiences, and conversion funnels.
- Build full-funnel lead generation campaigns.
- Create remarketing and retargeting strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including:
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CAC
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
Audience Research
- Identify ideal customer profiles.
- Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting audiences.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
Landing Page Optimization
- Work with the design and development team to improve landing pages.
- Optimize conversion rates through testing and user behavior analysis.
- Coordinate with copywriters for high-converting ad creatives.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, sales teams, and developers.
- Ensure timely campaign execution and optimization.
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Allocate budgets based on campaign performance.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
