Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter (Junior / Executive Level) with hands-on recruitment experience to support hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and junior positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and local references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and joining
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, etc.)
- Strong follow-up and closure ability
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring is an added advantage
