Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close property deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and bookings in CRM.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Assist clients with documentation and booking processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
