About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent research skills, strong communication abilities, and experience using online platforms to find business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads based on target industries and locations.
- Collect and verify contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is preferred.
- Strong internet research and data collection skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT, software, SaaS, or digital marketing companies.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Knowledge of email outreach and cold prospecting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Accuracy of lead data.
- Conversion rate from leads to appointments/opportunities.
- Daily and monthly target achievement.
- CRM data quality and maintenance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
