Blackbull Project is hiring an experienced and professionally qualified CEO – NBFC Manager for handling complete NBFC operations, RBI compliance systems, funding management, corporate financial structuring, investor coordination, and business expansion activities.
This position is strictly for candidates who already possess practical experience in Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) management, RBI regulatory handling, funding operations, compliance control, and fundraising execution. Candidates without direct industry experience should not apply.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operational, legal, financial, compliance, and strategic activities related to NBFC business functions and corporate growth mechanisms.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC management mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in funding and fundraising mandatory
- Strong practical knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance systems
- Experience in loan structuring, financial operations, and investor coordination
- Experience handling compliance audits, reporting systems, and legal documentation
- Understanding of corporate finance, business expansion, and operational management
- Ability to manage high-level financial and compliance responsibilities independently
Responsibilities
- Manage complete NBFC operational activities and internal business systems
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements
- Handle NBFC compliance monitoring, audit coordination, and documentation management
- Develop and implement funding and fundraising strategies for business expansion
- Coordinate with investors, financial institutions, consultants, and legal teams
- Supervise financial planning, operational controls, and corporate risk management
- Maintain proper legal and financial records as per regulatory standards
- Manage commercial transactions and financial structuring activities
- Prepare business growth strategies and expansion planning models
- Monitor company performance, operational efficiency, and compliance execution
- Lead senior management operations and ensure professional work discipline
- Handle confidential corporate and financial matters professionally

Eligibility Criteria
