Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and software projects.
Handle end-to-end business development activities for US clients.
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Develop strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term business partnerships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team.
Bring new implementation projects, contract staffing, and permanent staffing requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, andand service agreements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
Required Skills
Strong experience in IT staffing and IT services sales.
Experience working with US-based clients and vendors.
Good understanding of technologies and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Ability to work independently and close business deals quickly.
Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, portals, and email marketing.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
