Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Project Management Intern to support cross-functional coordination and ensure projects move smoothly across teams. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, helping bridge communication gaps, streamline workflows, and maintain alignment across ongoing projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about project management, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable handling both coordination and testing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Bridge the gap between client expectations and internal execution teams.
- Track project progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
- Assist with testing and quality checks before final project deliveries.
- Maintain clear documentation, updates, and status reports for ongoing projects.
- Support day-to-day project operations and workflow management.
- Work with project management tools to manage tasks, workflows, and reporting.
Qualifications
-B.Tech undergraduates or technology-related candidates will be preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Passion for project management, coordination, and operations.
-Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, etc. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
-Willingness to learn testing, QA processes, and execution workflows.
-A collaborative mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
