We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at our industrial concrete flooring project sites. The candidate must have Electrical Safety Knowledge and be capable of conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Prepare and maintain safety checklists, inspection reports, and all HSE documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor electrical safety practices, temporary electrical installations, panels, wiring, and electrical tools at site.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Verify PPE usage and ensure all workers follow safety procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to implement safety measures before and during execution.
- Maintain records of permits, equipment inspections, training, and safety audits.
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency equipment, and safety signage.
- Assist during client safety audits and statutory inspections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and submit them to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
