Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and modern design tools.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into effective user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Translate business and product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
- Create visually appealing layouts while maintaining usability and consistency.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare design specifications and assets required for development.
- Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Strong visual design and typography skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant UI/UX certification or portfolio are preferred.
- Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio can also apply.
Experience
- UI/UX Designer: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers: Candidates with strong academic/personal projects and a portfolio are welcome.
Preferred
- Experience designing SaaS products, websites, dashboards, or mobile applications.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
