Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Academic Counselor to guide students throughout the admission process and help them choose the right academic programs according to their career goals. The candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills with a strong ability to convert leads into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries effectively
- Guide students through the complete admission process
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and admission processes
- Resolve student queries and provide end-to-end support

Eligibility Criteria:

- Prior experience in academic counseling, admission counseling, or inside sales preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
