Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate technical interviews
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Use job boards, social media, and referrals to identify suitable candidates
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of the IT industry and technical skill sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and closing skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
