HR Generalist

Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (Based on experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage core Human Resources functions and support the organization's talent and people initiatives. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and coordination of placement activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of building strong HR processes while maintaining excellent relationships with employees, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for employees, faculty, consultants, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Support and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
- Plan and execute employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in setting and monitoring KPIs and KRAs across departments.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, employee feedback processes, and performance review systems.
- Address employee concerns and support managers in resolving people-related matters.
- Coordinate placement activities by building relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners.
- Develop internship and employment opportunities for students through corporate outreach.
- Maintain recruiter relationships and support placement activities using HRMS and other recruitment tools.
- Work closely with different departments to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Human Resources roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience in employee engagement and policy implementation.
- Good knowledge of HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with campus recruitment or placement activities.
- Exposure to the BFSI, Consulting, Education, or Financial Services sector.
- Existing corporate network for recruitment or placement activities will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
