Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Healthcare industry exposure.
