We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation and business growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an added advantage.
